Take 4 capsules once daily with a meal. Food matters here: it improves absorption and prevents the queasiness some people feel taking botanicals on an empty stomach.

If capsules are difficult, place one or two in your mouth, sip water, tilt your chin down toward your chest, and swallow. The capsules float toward the back of the throat, which makes them go down more easily than tilting your head back.

Take it daily without skipping. Reduced shedding typically shows in months one to three, improved thickness and strength in months four to six, and sustained growth beyond six months. Not intended for use during pregnancy or while trying to conceive. Not for anyone under 18.

How long until I see results?
