After cleansing and toning, apply the Retinol Serum in the evening, starting slowly (1 to 2 drops, 2 to 3 times a week) and building up as your skin adjusts. Follow with the Super Moisturiser morning and evening for lasting comfort. Use the Hydrating Oil Capsules in the evening as a nourishing moisturizer, or layer over your usual moisturizer. Note: the Retinol Serum increases sun sensitivity, so wear SPF daily.
